Answers:
I have hypoglycaemia and I have to eat fairly regular!. I have also been tested for diabetes, but do not have it!. You may try carrying some hard candies to eat if you begin to feel faint!. Another good idea is if you feel very faint, and can get to it, orange juice and put sugar in it!. This will bring your blood sugar back up!. In the event that you cannot get to the oj, you can always try a non-diet soda, or a candy bar, but this will tend to give you a rush!.

I suggest you ask your doctor to test you for this and ask his advice!. Good luck and I hope this helps you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should eat regularly, otherwise you will feel faint etc, and drink lots of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, but it is less common!. It's likely your metabolism is a shade quicker than most causing the faint, clammy, and weak feelings since your body breaks food down quicker!. Usually, 5-6 smaller meals in a day are better for this rather than 3 larger meals to space out the sugar/salt levels in the body!. Also, monitor what you're eating!. Too much salt or too much sugar can result in extreme high and extreme low (i!.e!. the faint feeling)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I am hypoglycemic and do not have diabetes!. I have to eat 6 small meals a day and have snacks ready at all times!. You can go to the Dr and have them test you for this, and find out for sure, to make sure it is not some other ailment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, hypoglycemia is simply a low blood sugar level, however if you feel this way often you should get your GP to dipstick your urine for ketones or glucose, both indications of diabetes!. Low blood sugar effects everyone, energy levels, concentration, mood etc!. If you're not diabetic you should still eat regularly trying to include slow burning carbohydrates which fuel you for longer and avoiding sugary snacks which give you an instant sugar boost and make you feel worse as it quickly burns off and you become hypo again (not to mention putting on weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
