Bro , I got a pit myself !. he has the same problem, Yes I was concerned at first but they do come and go, its weird yes , I have to ask are they in the same spot everytime or are they in random areas!? Mine are always in random areas hes going on 2 yrs old, Ive taken him in to have them checked out but the Dr!. said that they are just bumps like (large water pockets) ,,, if you are really concerned do the right thing and take him to the Vet!. ( I know I love my dog !.!.!. do the right thing)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dog has fat lumps so if he's overweight it could be that, it could be ticks, or maybe cancer, I would have the vet check him when u can!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fatty tumors are pretty typical amongst larger breeds, but check with your vet just to be safeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take him to the vet and have him checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be any number of thing from pockets of fat to cancer!. If your concerned you should probably consult a veterinarian(spelling!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My pit bull also has these!. I think your pit probably has lipomas!. Take him to the vet!. Lipomas are easily removed!. They are just fatty deposits under the skin!.

You don't always have to get them removed but best to keep an eye on them and have the vet see them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

definetly go to the vet, you don't want to take a chance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take him to the vet and see what's wrong instead of guessing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with everyone else, take him to the vet!. Have them do an aspirate of the mass which they will send to the pathologist for analysis!. It could be a mass cell tumor (could be malignant or begnin) but it is best to find out for sure!. Could also be cutaneous (skin) neoplacia (cancer) or cutaneous lymphoma!. Some lymphomas present themselves in masses on the skin, but also present hidden inside in the lymph nodes, liver, speen, GI tract as well as the bone marrow!. It is best to have them checked out as soon as possible!. Could be as simple as a cyst, but you won't know unless you have it checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my bull used to get that type of lump to and i was told it was a calcium biuld up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a pet owner it is your responsibility to provide medical care for your dog!. Please take him to the vet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take him to a vet or check for bug bites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've raised pitbulls for 8 years and I must admit I have never had any lump problems!.!.!.!.though sometimes they get bit by horse flys and it makes the skin swell in lumps and the hair makes it look larger more like lumps!?

If you don't think it's the fly's and your dog don't have ticks or flea's I'd take him/her to a vet!. If your dog does have flea's you'd obviously be able to tell by looking threw the hair!.!.!.some cancer lumps are known in larger breeds like boxers etc!.!.!.but I've never had a problem with my Pitbulls!.

Pitbulls however have a low ammune system and are more acceptable to diesease then other K9 breeds, you should always keep your pitbull up to date on shots!.

You can buy a "do it yourself" shot kit for much cheaper to protect your dog from the majority of dieseases out there at your local Tractor Supply!.!.!.!.you have to do it once a year!.!.!.I'd suggest taking your dog to a vet first and if everything is alright get the shots updated with the kit!.!.!.though the kit only covers "some" needs but it's the majority of dangerous ones!.

Another thing is that I beleave a lot dogs live healthy as compared to the food you feed them!. You could buy up to a $50 50lbs bag of dog food and it could last you a month and only $50 is not considering you just fed your best friend for a month!.

Some good dog foods are Exceed, Tractor Supplys "Retriever", Diamonds, Sience Diet!.

ps- of you're feeind your dog O'Roy, Pedigree, or something!.!.!.!.get away from that stuff and quit killing your dog!.!.!.!.just a word of advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
