You don't say what your pulse rate is usually!. -I mean at (say) 11a!.m!.!? So it's difficult to know what to compare 130 bpm with!?

It's perfectly in order for it to rise considerably first thing in the morning, because that's when you (well, -everyone) get(s) an automatic 'shot' of adrenalin upon instruction from the brain - to put the body in "Start The Day" mode!. If you didn't get that there'd be something wrong, and you'd not be normal!. It's because your body is in deep sleep, relaxed or "resting" mode!. with minimum blood flow and needs 'booting' for it to cope with your getting up!.

At the same time, as the adrenaline kicks in, you'll notice your BP's also rise!.!.!. it's normal too!.

So, what's your "relaxed" pulse!? -If it's 75 bpm 130 would be an unusually high rise!. But if it's say, 95 100 bpm, then there's no need for concern

EDIT:- Marginal, isn't it!? !.!.!.!. If it were me, I'd be cautious, and concerned , but not alarmed, and try to find the cause!. - It's perhaps associated wit the medications you're taking!?

My first question, -if I were your doctor, would be "has it changed!? -When did the headaches begin, and did the high pulse rate symptoms coincide in their onset!?

Then -unless the medications are absolutely necessary, I'd discontinue them as a test, to see if there's a connection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could have been nervous, finished doing an activity!? other than that, i'd say retake the test when you feel calm, don't think about it too much (maybe when you're still in bed after waking up) and if it's still high then see a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

BP reading is normal, pulse could be 130 due to anxiety, white coat syndrome (you know your checking your pulse so it shoots up) or the machine your using is faulty (these wretched machines often are) get someone to check it manually!.!.!.!.!.often when Im having my bp checked I can feel my pulse speed up!! If your worried about it see your gp!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pluse or pulse!?If your pulse reaches this 130/minute,it's really high!.Any case of abnormal tachy cardia,go to the physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most chemist shops do blood pressure monitoring now, if there is one open near you today, ask them to do it, every time I do my own at home it shoots through the roof and only adds to the anxiety!. I wouldn't worry too much, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

normal pules AT REST is 60-100!. Usually about 80 bpm!.

Things that put your heart rate up are exercise, stress and even digesting food!. Were you nervous!?

Also if you are small and female you may well have a higher pulse rate, also if you are not very fit your heart rate may be higher!.

If your doctor was not worried then you shouldn't be!.

Learn to take your own pulse and take it in the evening when you are relaxing, it will probably be lower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your blood pressure is not the thing to worry about its your pulse or heart rate!. Its very high!. There must be a cause behind and the soon its discovered the better!.
Please consult your doctor, who should run some test to pin point the problem and act accordingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Blood Pressure !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
Normal blood pressure level is defined as less than 130 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for systolic blood pressure and less than 85 mm Hg for diastolic blood pressure!. The higher the blood pressure, the more likely it is to take a toll on the heart and on the brain!. Blood pressure should be checked whether or not your levels are high!. For normal, check once every two years!. For high-normal, check once a year!. If extremely high, you should get immediate care!. Then get multiple measurements to know if a high level is sustained over time!.
