Does protein bars or any other excess protein in take cause kidney or liver fail!

Question: Does protein bars or any other excess protein in take cause kidney or liver failure!?
Answers:
Not necessairly kidney failure, but you can develop issues/problems!. It depends on how your body deals with the excess protein!. Not to sound gross but if you notice your urine is a bit cloudy then you may want to back off on the proteins a bit as your kidneys are having a bit of an issue dealing with the excess proteins!. It can cause a type of kidney stone!. But drinking lots of plain water and keeping hydrated can offset a moderate increase in proteins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with the answer of princess besides over the counter protein bars usually contain more than just protein or nuts!. It also contains hydrogenated fats to keep it in the shelf longer (same with other shelf foods) and these are BAD for your arteries!. Read up on hydrogenated fats!. Otherwise, just snack on plain nuts like walnuts or almonds or peanuts!. by the way, walnuts with dried cranberries or blueberries makes an excellent snack food!. AND, don't forget your water!. Bring a jug with you, keep it in the car if you're always on the go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
