Yes, not only heard of it, have suffered with it for almost 36 years now!.
There is a lot of information on the web, but there is also a lot of misinformation out there as well!. Long and short of it is that there isn't a cure and nobody is looking for one!.
Abscesses occur in the areas of your body where the apocrine sweat glands are most prominent!. ie!. armpits, butt crease, inside upper legs where they join the body, under and on the breast of women!. It is a very painful, very difficult to live with and very unpredictable!. The abscesses can be a few or many in any or all areas at the same time!. They open up, seal over, open up again and can be years before they quiet down completely!. The abscesses can grow to be quite large - size of a baseball, usually more in the range of a walnut!. There is no effective treatment that works!. There are trials now where they are using biologicals to see if perhaps it will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
