Answers:
I put a teaspoon of salt or sea salt in a cup of warm water and stir it up until dissolved!. Then I take a teaspoon or tablespoon and get some of the saltwater in it and I put my thumb over one nostril and then draw or sniff the warm salt water up my other nostril!. I sometimes draw it all the way through my nose and spit the water out!. Sometimes I sniff it way up there and then let it run back out into the sink!. I do this several times with each nostril and then gently blow my nose!.
It has been a life saver for me because I don't like medication either!.
You can also buy a Neti Pot that is a little plastic teapot looking thing and you put a salt solution in it and basically do the same thing!.
You can do this as often as you need to!. If that doesn't stop it or if I have a lot of drainage I also buy Equate Chlortabs (walmart's generic chlorpheniramine tablets) (4Mg) and Equate Suphedrine (Walmart's generic pseudoephedrine hydrochloride )(30Mg tablets) and then I only use one quarter to one half of the Chlor!. tablet and I only take 1 psuedophed every 6 hours!. That is the equivalent of a child's dose of an antihistamine and a decongestant and that will stop the drip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What works for me is Benadryl (or equivalent store brand)!. The thing is, you can't take it at work or while walking a tightrope or performing brain surgery or riding a motorcycle, you can only take it at home when you're sitting down and watching TV!.

In fact they use the sell ingredient under a different name as a sleeping aid!.

There are other prescription drugs that work as well, but if you don't want to go to a doctor there's just Benadryl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is caused by the inflammation of the sinus membranes!.Anything that gives you indigestion can make your problem worse!.McDonald's for example!.
Try a sinus rinse!. If this doesn't help try using an anti inflammatory nasal spray after rinsing!.
Sleep with an extra pillow under your head at night as this will help to drain your sinus!.
Drink plenty water this will losen the mucose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
