One should not keep on running if one has high blood pressure because high blood pressure means that he\she has lot of blockage in to different of organs and body!.Proper body cheak up is necessary before going on exercise because blockage can be harmfull for the orgens or part of body!.However, morning walk can be usefull !.Avoid lot of eating !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You better check your blood pressure 1st before doing some running exercise!. Keep on running if you feel your in good shape!. High BP is a silent killer!. Do what is right and what is exactly right!. Go to your Doctor often for your check up!.Doctor knows best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Appropriate exercise should help it!. But excessive exercise, either intensity or duration, will affect it , too!.

Diet should also be improved, stress levels reduced, fat and salt in the diet reduced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, get your BP under control!. Second, keep running!. Jogging is wonderful for maintaining a low BP!. Runners' pulse & BP are characteristically lower than normal!. It's a sign of longevity!. Some cardiac problems can cause BP to spike (ie: Aortic Stenosis)!. Once you're cleared by your Doc, though!. Get running ;-)!. Enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
