so i have loww blood pressure and my heart beats at like 90-100 beats per minute, so i have dificulty breathingg what could i do to like help me breath better or get oxygen more to my brainWww@Answer-Health@Com

The feeling of " having difficulty breathing" or shortness of breath is subjective, so I do believe you and your heart rate is a bit high for an adult!. It is time to check in with a physician if you ar having fainting or black outs, deep and slow breathing may help enhance your oxygen levels, and aerobic or brisk exercise will improve your blood circulation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
what do you mean by low blood pressure!.!. Your heart rate is not excessively fast which I mean not an emergency room call!. I do not believe that low blood pressure and a heart rate that you have shown is any reason to think that is why you are having trouble breathing!.!.!. Get an evaluation!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
