Question: How much longer do you think my grandmother has to live!?
She had breast cancer like 20 or 30 years ago and went through keimo(is that how u spell this!?) and now the side affects of the medicine is heart damage!. She is slowly becoming weaker espeacially over the last year and a half!. 1 year ago she started to lose her breath and had to sit down a lot whenever we went to the store, so she decided to ride in a chair whenever she could!. A couple of months ago she had to go on oxygen all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If she has disabling congestive heart failure, the five year survival is almost zero!. We can't predict the future with any real accuracy!.
How do you know her heart disease is related to her chemotherapy given as preventive therapy 20 to 30 years ago!? Many diseases can lead to heart failure!.
If she had Adriamycin which was commonly used as adjuvant chemotherapy then, she could have anthracycline related heart damage, but the incidence of this is quite low if the maximum dose is not exceeded!. Preventive regimens for breast cancer rarely exceed the maximally tolerated does for Adriamycin!.
The limited history provided does not mention recurrence of her breast cancer!. This sounds like primary heart disease which may or may not be related to distant chemotherapy treatments!. I would say about a year, maybe two, but I know people who have outlived similar odds (though did succumb to them)!.

I don't have the exact number when she'll go, but maybe a range from 7 months- 1 year unless she works hard and eats a little healthy and does a little more exercise!.
