Question: Allergic rhinitis!.!.help, easy 10 points!.!?
I have had VERY bad allergies sense i was about 10yrs old!. I'm 24 now and I still get them badly every year!. This year for some reason is the worst yet!. Theres ALOT of pollen right now were i live, i mean my car is literitly coated in a thick yellow dusting of it!. Because i went to work yesterday and forgot to take my allergie medican i got a really bad sore throat (post nasal drip), and congestion!. I'm home from work today because its raining (we cant work in the rain), i took my zertech already this morning, is there anythign else i can do to get rid of the post nasal drip an congestion!? I WILL choose best answer in a few hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your allergies are so severe, it wouldn't hurt you to go to an allergist for treatment (aside from allergy shots), they also give you Rx for extra problems during seasonal allergy periods!. Zyrtec alone will not do the trick!. It is good for people with indoor/outdoor allergies which means it's usually taken every day!.
I also find during this time of the year, irrigating your nasal passages is crucial if you don't want to get sinus infections due to bacterial build-up!. Drying up your nasal passages does not really help!. Building up your immune system does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
