Question: Concerning herpes!.!.!.!?
After performing oral sex on someone with herpes, how long until you notice you have gotten it from them, assuming the worst: that you did!?!?The male had no physical sign of herpes, but still has the virus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Herpes is sneaky!.
You can get genital herpes on your mouth - but it's not as easy to catch as getting genital herpes on your genitals!. If you do get genital herpes on your mouth, the symptoms may just be so mild that you never know - until you give it to someone else!.
So it's very very possible that you will never have symptoms, and never know if you have genital herpes on your mouth or not!. Unfortunately, if you have genital herpes on your mouth, and don't know, you can still give it to other people!. That, to me, is the absolute worst case scenario!.
Fortunately, it is harder to catch genital herpes on your mouth!. And if your friend didn't have symptoms, there is not a very high chance that you caught it - I'd guess less than 1% based on studies done on the spread of genital herpes!. I agree with Fred!. I don't think you'll develop herpes!.

actually there is a chance you will never know!. not everyone shows signs or have symptoms of herpes!. You may just be a carrier if you contract it!. the only sure way to know if you actually have it is to get tested!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
