I the sudafed didn't work it might be because that particular medication has a rebound effect with prolonged use!. I do agree with Maria in that you might woant to try using a Neti pot!. A Neti pot is a small ceramic pot used to getnly flush the irritants out of the nose and sinus' that might otherwise not be eliminated due to the general structure of the body!. Don't use tap water, distilled is your best bet!. It is also safe to use on a daily basis especially with allergy season rapidly approacing!. If that doesn't give you the relief you need then you sould talk to an ENT which is a doctor who specializes in your kind of problem!. Have you ever had your sinuses x-rayed!? You may have the problem a lot of people have (including myself)--polyps in your sinuses!. I take a cheap antihistamine/decongestant every night before bed, and one once or twice during the day!. It's allergy season, and so the problem may be more prominant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
