If its an option, go for it!. This is a surgery method with least pain and fastest recovery time, also, no big scar!. You would need spend less time in hospital or at least healing!.
Sometimes they can not finish surgery using laparoscopy, so they switch to common surgery!. That is done in complex cases when some problems happen!.
So, summary: It has less risk, and it is better!. In worst case, you will end up with common surgery for gall blader removal!. In best - you will be recovered Very fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had Laparascopy few years ago and i was sore after but other than that i was fine !.!.my mother had it also and she was badly bruised and couldnt walk she was in so much pain days after but as far as being dangerous i think you will be okWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had a lap done for my gallbladder and I was sore for a couple of days!. Healing time is quicker and you can return to your normal activities in a few days!. An open one (a big incision) is more riskier however any kind of surgery is risky!. I only have 4 tiny puncture holes!. Anytime you are going to get a lap you still have a chance for a large incision!. Depends on what your surgeon finds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
