These sound to me like Hives and it's an allergic reaction to something!. Try putting pure Aloe Vera Gel on the areas affected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This could very well be dry skin!. Try some moisturizer to see if it goes away!. If not, you might consider if you are allergic to something you are using - fabric softener, perfume, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hopefully not, but it could be scabies!. They're more common than we like to admit and you can pick it up from skin/hand to hand contact with an infected person or infected clothing/linen!. If it is, it's not the end of the world - just a pain to get rid of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be bed bugs, they live in the little cracks about the bedroom and come out to feed at night, might be worth fumigating the room!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
