I'm guessing I might be!. I drank a glass of milk today and a few hours later, my stomach was feeling really upset!. But after I used the bathroom, I felt fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, that's what happens to me!. I get horrible stomach cramps, then end up in the bathroom then I'm usually okay!. The only for sure way you'll know is if you get tested!. OR you can play around with foods!. Try sour cream and cream cheese!. Then wait a few days and try ice cream!. See how you feel!.!.!.!.if it's the same way, then you most likely are and there are pills out now, over the counter too, you can take to help control it so you can still eat the food you love!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
