This is gonna sound weird, but its true!.
Your feet lose a tremendous amount of heat!.!.!.!.thats one of the reasons why they sweat so much (you lose a quart of water a day through your feet) - now in the summer, your body has to work harder to keep itself cool - which means that the blood vessels dialate even more than usual - (ever notice they get vein-y too!?) and that increased blood flow is what accounts for the color change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
