Abdominal Muscle Twitch.....Spasm....No Pain?!

Question: Abdominal Muscle Twitch!.!.!.!.!.Spasm!.!.!.!.No Pain!?

This thing originally had me wondering if I was pregnant!. It's now ruled out that it isn't a baby kicking me, which is EXACTLY what it feels like!. I've had 2 babies, and I was fooled for a moment!. It's slightly to the left of my navel, there's no pain at all!. I haven't observed it enough to know what triggers it!. It just sort of happens out of nowhere!. I can actually look down and see it moving!. Weird!. Should I be concerned!? Anyone know what causes this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
