Question: Can anyone relate!? Possible Kidney Infection!? Help please!!?
I've been having extremely sharp pains in my left lower back/side!. it hurts like hell when it happens, its starting to become rather frequent!. My period is also 11 days late (It's never late!.!.!.unless i'm pregnant) and i've been nauseated!. Initially, I thought I was pregnant )even though I didn't feel pregnant, but HPT's and blood tests have confirmed that I am not!. Is it possible that I have a kidney infection or a cyst of some sort!? Have any of you ever had it and what were your signs and symptoms!.
* I do plan on going to the doctor tommorrow afternoon!.
If I do have a kidney infection, it isn't emergent right!?
*yes, I'm a senior nursing student, but when my body goes nuts, I go into the "patient" role!. So, i'm asking for advice from others that have experienced it or seen it first hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is a kidney infection, then seeing the dr tomorrow should be fine!. Also, I would expect a fever with an infection!. It could just as easily be a pulled muscle!.!.!.Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
