neosporene put that on it before it scabs and the scab will be non existent or smaller and it will heal faster!. I don't know if this is to late or not though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Let it heal, and don't pick at it until it is ready to fall off!. Actually, you shouldn't even pick at it then, because while part of it may be ready to fall off, the whole thing might not be healed (if you do pick it off at that point, you'll just end up with another, smaller scab)!.
