Mono is transmitted by saliva, so you can be exposed to mono by kissing someone or sharing utensils for eating and drinking!. Mono takes a couple weeks to go away but, it helps to drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest!. I recommend lozenges for a soar throat and for a headache take IV profin!.
