Recent sugar readings - normal?!


Question: Recent sugar readings - normal!?
I have Type II Diabetes and was diagnosed 6 months ago!. I am on Metformim twice a day, I watch what I eat and exercise some!. I noticed my blood is coming down from where it was 6 months ago!. For example: 2 hours after breakfast my reading was 87!. And two hours after lunch my reading was115!. So my question is, is this pretty much normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, that's perfectly fine, 87 could be low for some, but if you felt ok, there would be no worries about it!. 90-120 is the target, but a little over isn't horrible!.!.!.take care of yourself!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pretty normal!. Another thing, please take care of your feet!. Make sure you keep them clean, lotioned and massaged!. An every day ritual!. Diabetics lose sensation in their feet first, most usually!. You can be cut and not realize this, if you do lose sensation!. Diabetics run high risk of losing the toes, feet or leg!. When and if you start feeling burning\itching\pain in feet or legs, please go to dr and let him\her know!. That MIGHT be the onset of neuropathy (nerve damage)!. They're very good!. In order to maintain your sugars as they are, keep yourself to an ideal weight!. Unfortunately with time, sugars get worse by themselves, as the disease progresses, but you can slow this progression by watching your weight and doing regular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
