There are many different ways to get a viral illness!. Touching something, touching someone, breathing near someone that has it, etc!. There are hundreds of thousands of viral illnesses, spread many different ways like the example above!. Bacterial illnesses are easier to treat however some viral infections can be cured with antibiotics if the virus is not immune to it!. For example, I had viral AND bacterial pnemonia once, the bacterial was cured by the antibiotics but the viral had to work out of my system, many viruses are immune to antibiotics!.
