Its very rare that the spine is 100% corrected because your spine is not flexible enough to be completely straight without harming your spinal cord!. Because of this, I don't think anyone can promise that your related symptoms will be completely removed!.
I do think that your cosmetic issues will be corrected a great deal, though!. I don't know how much!. Your scoliosis specialist may be able to answer your question!.
