i have caught cold since 3 days!.
my nose is running!.
and now when i go to clean it, i find a little bit of blood with the mucus!.

the blood is probably from irritation to the blood vessels in your nose from you blowing it so much!. these vessels are very close to the surface of your nose and get easily irritated!.
nothing to worry about unless you develop a nosebleed that you are not able to control or there is a large amount of blood!.
you can try putting vaseline on the outside edges of your nostril to help keep them moist and use ocean spray nasal spray to keep the inside of your nose from becoming too irritated!.
an over the counter cold medicine (like sudafed PE, or dayquil daytime) will help dry up the runny nose and help relieve the irritation!.

you have probably just been blowing your nose a lot and irritated the membranes inside of your nose, it's pretty normal for that to happen, just try to blow your nose more gently, it should stop as soon as your cold goes away and your nose heals!. feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this normally happens when ur head is hot from inside
