Non-burning tingly sensation when I pee?!

Question: Non-burning tingly sensation when I pee!?
Today, when I go to the bathroom, I get a quick tickly/tingly feeling when the pee has finished coming out!. I've also been pooping a lot today, which usually happens around the time of my period!. I also noticed light, light, light hints of blood, but again, I figured this is because my period should be coming around right about now!. I've never felt the tickling sensation in my gut when I pee before!. Does this have anything to do with my period!?

Again, it doesn't burn or hurt in any way!. It just feels like a mild pressure and tingly sensation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First, the poop thing!. It's VERY common to have frequent or loose bowel movements when your period first starts!. Don't stress about it!.

Second, the tingling during urination!. It could be nothing, but could be an early sign of a urinary track infection!. Try drink some cranberry juice for the next couple of days, and generally increasing the amount of fluids you drink!. If you catch it early, you might be able to flush it out!. if you find the symptoms getting worse (tingling, burning, or cloudy urine), make an appointment to see your doctor!. Urinary tract infections are very easily treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, not your period!. You are in the process of passing a bladder stone!. Nothing serious!. Most bladder stones are slightly larger than a grain of salt, but sometimes one may have a sharper edge on it and will set off your internal linings on the way out!. Tiny specks of blood are normal when passing a stone, and to speed up the process, most doctors will tell you to drink PLENTY of either lemonade or cranberry juice!. If you notice larger amounts of blood in you urine, or start feeling accute pain when you urinate, you may need to seek medical help - sometimes a stone is too large to pass on it's own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
