Question: What will make an irritated eye feel better !? I think I might have a sty !?
When I blink, it kind of hurts!. !. I feel a lot of pressure on my bottom eye lid!. !. It's very puffy!. And when I open the bottom eye lid, it's very red and flesh-like!. Ewwws!. Nasty!. I don't have anything coming out of my eye!. It seems rather dry actually!. I put visine eye drop for redness in it!. I put a warm cloth on it for a bit!. !. The swollen went down a little since this morning!. !.
I need it to go away asap!. Any suggestions !?

You have conjunctivitis!. A lot of kids get this, and I come from a big family, so I'll tell you what Mom always did for us!. It went away pretty darn quickly too, so try to follow these instructions:
You need some sterile water, cotton balls and boric acid!. Make a solution of the boric acid and the sterile water!. I usually just boil water and wait for it to cool down!. Then take a clean cotton ball, dip it in the solution and wipe your eye, from the inner corner to the outer corner!. Then throw that away and get another cotton ball and do the other eye!. You can do this twice in each eye, then wait an hour and do it again!. You say it's not 'weeping' or that it's rather dry, but the boric acid will dry it out and cause whatever's causing the irritation to go away!.

I can't refute the previous answerer's information, but I'd be careful and look for a second opinion: boric acid is listed as an eye irritant!. Check out the MSDS link below, Section 3 lists its hazards!.
With the critical importance and delicacy of eyes, I'd recommend that you call up a pharmacist or see a doctor!.
