Question: Sudden acne problem! please help!!?
so i am 20 years old and ive never had acne!.!.ive only gotten a couple of pimples here and there but never full patches or anything!.!.then all of a sudden a couple of weeks ago im starting to break on on the left side of my face from my cheek to my chin!.!.does anyone know whats going on with my skin and what are good methods to clearing this up
also i wash my face daily and some i have very sensitive skin!

breakouts come from many different sources
like bad food (sugary food),hormones ,clogged pores,bacterica being in a place with lots of germs like big stores and touching lots of stuff there and then touching your face can get lots of bacteria in it!.Try clinques emergency intesify acne lotion i had acne and senstive skin and its not hard on your skin but you usally can notice a diffrence in your skin 12 hours!. Put it on before bed and wash it off in the morning!.And as a daily face wash try Aveno caming skin wash!.It calms and soothes senstive skin!.Hope it helps!

Perhaps you are breaking out more due to stress, diet change, change in facial products, etc!. If not, try some benzoyl peroxide face wash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Although acne is pretty much regulated (or not) by hormone levels, the fact that it's on one side suggests other factors may be in play as well!. Do you lean on your hand on that side!? Is that the side where you hold the phone!?
Do use a benzoyle peroxide cleanser and a good mild moisturizer, as another poster suggested!. Also, make sure you clean your phones to remove any lingering bacteria!.
