If the scar is fairly new (within the last 6 months or so) you can massage the area with one finger in your mouth and the other finger on the outside of the scar!. Massage somewhat vigorously for five minutes twice a day!. This will help break up the collagen that is bundled up in there!. After you massage it you can then apply a scar gel to the scar you can buy over the counter if you wish!. I use Vaseline when I massage a scar so it doesn't irritate the skin so much!. If it was recent, you could try specific creams for scars- they are at every pharmacy!. If it was a few years ago, you could still try the creams, but they won't help as well as if it was 'new!.'Www@Answer-Health@Com
