What is the difference between viral and bacterial?!

Question: What is the difference between viral and bacterial!?
Answers:
bacterial is some thing that doc!. can see ,like in a blood sample under a microscope , or will culture out to show something,or he can see as in nasal drainage (snot) , pus , redness!. that he can treat with antibiotics!. viral is kinda a guessing game , some one comes in and c/o not feeling well , not drainage from nose or not red sore throat or no sores on the body!.so he can't see any thing , but he might draw blood and if the white cell count is not high than there will be no infection in the body that he can find!.it doesn't mean that the person is not sick , it just means that he can't find a cause , so he might pressie antibiotics ,a guessing game because he might not use the right one,but he has an idea of antibiotics that might work !.and i could be wrong about some of this info!. so you can look up each one and decide for yourself!. and by the way this is why Dr!. have slowed down on prescibing antibiotics with out having a cause because now we are getting immune to the antibiotics of choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One is a virus, and was is bacteria!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bactera are single-celled microorganisms which can exist either as independent (free-living) organisms or as parasites (dependent upon another organism for life)!. They exist almost anywhere on earth!. Despite their small size, the total weight of all bacteria in the world likely exceeds that of all other organisms combined!. Some bacteria are beneficial to man; others harmful!.

Viruses are sub-microscopic infectious agents that are unable to grow or reproduce outside a host cell!. These ultramicroscopic infectious agent replicates itself only within cells of living hosts; many are pathogenic (or disease-causing)!.

The main difference between the two is on the treatment!. A person with a bacterial infection has a specific antibiotic for it!. Viral infections are usually supportive in treatment, meaning you just alleviate the symptoms!. Most of them don't have a specific treatment!. Thus, serious viral infections are more difficult to treat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
