if you are that scared of needles don't bother giving blood!. the needles are big and watching the blood coming out will make it worse!. I have had diabetes for 15 years and was diagnosed at age 8!.!.!.!.!.so I had to get over my fear of needles fast : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
