If it's not really bad acne, then "your friend" ;) should be able to get rid of it by washing their back really good!. The reason (or one of them at least) that people get acne on their back is because they go their whole day sweating and getting their back oily and dirty!. Then when they get in the shower they just reach a soapy rag back there and barely do anything!. It takes some effort to clean all the oil and dirt gained from a hard days work! Simple soapy washcloths often times won't cut it!. Tell your friend to get a good deep cleansing body wash and a back washing rag thingy (I don't know the name for it but it's especially for washing the back and is pretty effective!. They could probably look it up, but if they can't find one scrubbing really good with a rag will work just as good) and they should be cleared up in a week or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they have body washes that are specially designed for acne, they usually say on the bottle, and you can get them at any drug store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if they are very bad , see a Dr!. and get antibiotics ,if they are not serious than just a good scrubbing more often with antibacterial soap!.some people continue on antibiotics for months to control a serious case of acne , but it usually has to be on the face where scaring might happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get an acne prone body wash!. Make sure to shower at the end of the day on any day that your friend sweats!. If your friend has oily skin to begin with, they may need to just shower every single day to keep the oil levels down!. Also have them wear light cotton clothing - it helps the skin to breath easier and doesn't hold the heat and oils!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They are likely blocked pores!. Get a good face scrub and use it on your back!. You can get one of those spongy back brushes or have your Mom help you!. Then apply a pimple creme!. If that doesn't work, order that ProActiv off TV!. That is good stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
