That looks pretty serious, I would recommend calling up the company!. Who knows what kind of bacteria is left in the remaining 0!.01%!. We could try washing with the soap twice but then there would still be 0!.009999% germs left and that would still be dangerous!. I think thats a risk u r going to have to take then!.

haha, 99!.99% is used because nothing is 100% for everything!. They can not say 100% because if the do, people are going to think that they are lying, that is why they say that!.!.!.that is the smallest, tiniest percentage!. Do not worry about it at all!. it is like 99!.99999999999999999%, that sort of thing, they just round, but since they cant round to 100%, they round to 99!.99 or 99!.9!.
