Question: HELP!!! 10 points for grabs how do i stop him snoring!?
I'm going out my mind with my partners snoring!. We are arguing so much as i am soooooooooo tierd all the time because of lack of sleep!. I seem to spend most of the night on the sofa or the other way round and our sex life does'nt excist anymore!. He's been to the docs and they did a sleep test on him but that was normal!. I've brought sprays,strips for the nose,gum sheld,things to go up his nose ive had ear plugs too!. Ive even brought a mp3 player to try and bloke him out but,he even gets behond that!. My daughter in the next room even has to ware earplugs he's that load!.
Please don't say kicking as ive done all that and more!. He snores even when hes on his side and wakes himself up so you can imagine how i feel!.

I'm with you!!! Sleep is so valuable when you're losing it!. My man snores and the only thing that helps him is not laying on his back!. Have you tried taking melatonin!? It's a natural sleep aid and works pretty well, I take 2 to sleep extra good!. Also they have some sort of surgery that you can have in your nose or something that helps peeps not snore!. Did they test for sleep apnia cuz my honeys dad snores because of that!. Sleep apnia can be dangerous to have if not treated tho so watch out,Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can put ear plugs in your ears, cause there's nothing you can really do to keep him from snoring, well if you roll him over on his side then he'll just roll over and start snoring gain and if you tell him to roll on his side then since he's so use to sleeping on his back he'll just get confortable and roll over not realizing he did i'm telling you the only way to get some sleep is to invest in some earplugs ?!.?*
