Unfortunately I know a lot about this !.!. my father and I both have dealt with these problems !.!. my father had cancer (unfortunately died last year) and I had what's called colitis !.!.!. I can tell you with confidence that your condition is 99!.9% not cancerous !.!. you have the exact same symptoms I had!.!. I just hope you don't have it as bad as I did
Ulcerative Colitis is an inflammation of the colon !.!. you may have ulcers (it's what I had), but in a nutshell, your colon cannot produce the fluids to solidify your bowel movements and that's the main reason you see what you see when you're going to the bathroom !.!. when you go to the doctor, they will either appoint you for a sigmoidoscopy or a colonoscopy, two very similar tests, just one you're asleep and the other you aren't !.!.!.
Ulcerative Colitis requires medical treatment !.!.!. you may be given steroids to take, but the most common drug used to treat your condition is called Asacol!.!.!. it's an anti-inflammatory drug you use to treat moderate conditions !.!.!. I'm confident that if it isn't just a minor infection, you have what I have !.!.!. I had the stomach pains, I can almost guarantee it's mostly in your abdominal area !.!.!.
Here's what you need to know:
You CAN die from colon cancer, however I very very highly doubt you have it (it's also treatable if you catch it in an early phase!.!. even though people die from it, there's a very low rate of death)
I would bet you have a mild case of ulcerative colitis, which is very treatable
You may need to adjust your diet for awhile
You may need to take medication for awhile
There are different forms of gastrointestinal complications, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Crohn's Disease !.!.!. those I do not know much about, but they're all in the same family!.!. The bottom line is that you are sick, but there is something that can be done about it so DO NOT worry !.!.!. you're in good hands !.!. best of luck dearWww@Answer-Health@Com

you have!.!.!.!.!.!.HEMORRHOIDS!
well, likely anyways, but if you also have fever and or abdominal cramps, and or headache, it could be salmonella or E!.coli so I would notify your doctor, but not necessary to rush down to the emergency room, and no, it's not cancerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cancer is very unlikely at your age!. There are other conditions that can be really troublesome, that cause pain and bleeding!. Be sure to get checked!. Most likely just GI upset and hemorrhoids, but get checked anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Colon cancer can actually be fatal!. However no, I doubt that you have it!.
You could instead have hemorrhoids, a GI bleed, a stomach ulcer or diverticulums!. Blood in your stool ALWAYS warrants a trip to the doctor and/or emergency room!. If it is a GI bleed, it needs to be assessed immediately!. However, I do doubt that it is colon cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably hemorrhoids, which is nothing serious!. If it's ulcer like another poster said, it's not cancer, so don't panic, but you should know that some causes of colon/stomach cancers include having had ulcers in the past, so whatever it is, you should see a doctor and find out the truth!. We all die!. As I'm typing these I'm actually having something probably worse than your situation!. You are only 13, long way to go before being struck by a fatal illness!Www@Answer-Health@Com
