Increase in Acne?!

Question: Increase in Acne!?
I've been getting acne a lot more often lately!. Like, I've never had it that badly, until the last couple of months (I'm 16)!. They are mostly white heads, with a few problem zits; as well as body acne, which is grossing me out!.

I was wondering what could be causing it, and how can I get rid of most (or all if possible) of it!.

Here are some recent changes I've made:
I've been shaving everyday for the last month, and before that I shaved every other day!. (My shaving cream has aloe in it!.)
Within the last month and a half I've also been using Dove soap, which is a moisturizer, instead of Irish Spring!.
I've got bipolar, and was put on a new medicine within the last two months, as well!.

Also, my hair seems to be getting oily VERY fast, but I haven't changed my shampoo or added conditioner or anything!.

Could any of the changes have caused an increase in my acne!? And what can I do to reduce acne, even after I find out what's causing it and stop!?

Thanks!.

Answers:
Google Benzoyl Peroxide!.

Keeping your skin clean isn't enough!. You have to kill the bugs feasting on your body oils too!. The presence of Oxygen kills them real good!.

Also - good lord - use a soap specifically made for sensitive facial skin!. Irritating the skin (by using normal soaps) will just make things worse even if it is "clean"!.

Because benzoyl peroxide will dry up your skin you'll need a good moisturizer!. It MUST have sunblock in it!. I recommend Neutrogena SPF 45!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
