Answers:
Are they on the backside of your upper arms!? If so, when in the shower use a gauze sponge http://www!.bathandbodyworks!.com/family/i!.!.!. with a body wash http://www!.bathandbodyworks!.com/family/i!.!.!. It won't go away immediately, but it won't take long, either!. Use it on the elbows, too, and they will be soft!.

Howerver you could be describing something more troublesome, like keratosis piliaris, which is often described as "chicken skin!." http://www!.helpforkp!.com/
which is a genitic skin condition!. http://www!.aocd!.org/skin/dermatologic_di!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some digestive cleansing system

Visit http://acnemine!.com/digestive-cleanser!.h!.!.!.

This treatment takes time!.U won't see immediate result!. I guess that since u get it from small time, there is something wrong with ur internal system!.

Or u cannot wait so long!.!.!.then try using Aquanil cleanser!.

It might be Keratosis Pilaris (AKA chicken skin), you can check out the website I listed below (it has pictures, treatment suggestions, etc!.!.!.)!. It's fairly common, but there's no cure (but there are things you can try to make it less noticeable)!. http://www!.helpforkp!.com/Www@Answer-Health@Com
