It's not likely but it is possible!. Most likely it is either eczema or dermatitis, but there is a very slight chance of it being cutaneous t-cell lymphoma!. This is a rare indolent lymphoma that begins with dry itchy darkened skin patches, usually located where the sun does not shine!. About 1500 cases are diagnosed each year in the US!. At the web site linked below look at the photos in figures 1&3 for poor representations of what patch stage cutaneous t-cell lymphoma might look like!. A dermatologist could tell you for sure by performing a punch biopsy on the skin lesion!. Be aware of the fact that this cancer is very rare and that most dermatologists might have only see it in medical school so if your skin problem turns out not to be eczema or dermatitis then make sure the dermatologist takes seriously your concerns about it possibly being cancer!.

I would go have it looked it!. There are lots of things that it could be, with skin cancer being one one of them!. Basal cell carcinoma often presents as a flat scaly patch!. It could also be a fungal infection or some other treatable skin condition, but it's best to have professional look at it and biopsy it if they feel it's necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes, inflammatory breast cancer can be identified by "peau d'orange" which basically looks like the skin of an orange on the breast!. You should go see your general doctor as soon as you can, they'll be able to get a proper diagnosis and send you to the proper specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get it looked at!. Most potential malignant marks will not be perfect in size!.!.they'll be splotchy as in not perfectly round!. The size you describe has me wondering if you've noticed it before and watched it grow or something else!. sounds like psoriasis or eczema!. look into that!. dont think cancer would show like that!. but im not a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
