I read a year ago that it helps prevents Parkinsons'!. I've also heard from friends that it helps you digest food better (hence the relaxed state after smoking)!. So there are some benefits to smoking, but it's still not enough to outweigh the toxic levels of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
