Answers:
The only possible cause is a tremor or spasm in an underlying muscle!. The thigh muscles are divided into distinct bundles that can react independently from on another!. This symptom, by itself doesn't mean anything!. The most common causes are dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, placing a limb in position that is right on the threshold where a muscle either needs to start or stop contracting, or when a muscle is over worked!. Changing positions usually stops this!. You can also try taking a magnesium supplement with dinner and breakfast to improve the ability of your muscles to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it a twitching feeling!?

It sounds like nothing more than a muscle spasm!. You might need more (or more regular) sleep; it should stop on its own in a few days!.

My eyelids occasionally do that (weird, eh!?)!. I swear I'm not crazy! ;-)

You might want to do some Web searching on muscle spasms; I'm not sure if anyone knows yet what causes them, or how to get rid of them other than waiting it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just a normal muscle spasm or twitch!. I use to get them all the time, but since I have been eating healthier I don't get them but every once in a while!. With your meds for your personality disorder it may also be a side effect!. Talk to your doc about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask a doctor!.!.It could be the meds your on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
