WELL THE LOWER THEY BOTH GO the harder it will be to breathe your hemo transport your oxygen and the iron absorbs the oxygen into your tissue and vital organs!. dont take too much calcuim cause it will impede the absorbing process when you really need it most eat some good breakfast cereal with alot of iron in it thats a start and dont smoke or drink alcohol or drugs but you know that one i hope!. if i helped you please let me know god blessWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same issue, it's very common in women and is the most common vitamin defiency!. Basically with a lack of iron you feel tired and at times (such as when you stand up quickly) feel as though you will black out!. Your cells are getting less oxygen!. You can get an iron supplement at a vitamin store or at the doctor!. The supplement I take is called Iron Plex and is made by PhysioLogics!. I take one pill a day and it definately makes me feel better!. I used to drink a lot of caffeine but ended up getting sick and was exhausted all of the time!. My doctor ran a blood test and got me the capsules and now I feel so much better!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
