There's a lot of info on the web!. A lot of hits seem to relate head size to the ease of birth!.
However, one source, see the link below, says they consider head circumference to be a predictor of infant health if the baby is <3% percentile (or >95)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about the specifics/percentiles but I have an adopted cousin whose head is too small (she's in her twenties now) and she's a little slow mentally, got left back a few grades, etc!.
But I'd say work closely with doctors to find out what the prognosis is for your baby!. Everything could turn out totally normal!. Good luck!. :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
