Question: Can you get genital herpes if!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I just posted this same question!.One of my friends told me she had genital herpes!.She said that I couldn't get it from the toilet seat but I have heard that if she has an open sore I could get it!.She has been using my bathroom at my house!.She said she is having an outbreak now so I assume that is a open sore!.I'm just worried that me or my kids could get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. u can't get herpes from toilet seats or other objects!. the virus dies quickly outside of the body!. the only way your kids could get it there is and i'm not trying to be gross is if sex involved and i seriously doubt that she would do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as a percussion id assume she does have open sores and do not touch your toilet or sink till you can totally disinfect it!.
Lysol actually kills herpes simplex 1 and 2 i believe when the virus is on a surface but not in the blood stream!. Read the lable and it will tell you specifically!.

No you can not get herpes from using her towel, toilette seat of anything!. Herpes is transmitted through skin to skin contact!. You have to come in touch with the actual sore with your vagina or your mouth to be at risk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you cannot catch genital herpes from inanimate objects like a toilet seat!. Herpes is transmitted via skin to skin contact with an infected area!.

i would clean the seat but you and your children are highly unlikley going to get it from a toilet seat!. you need to actually touch it or have sex with her to get itWww@Answer-Health@Com
