i really wouldnt leave it untreated becuase it could try into something wrose and even if it seems like it is going away it most liky not becuase it was not treated!. it could come back and cause more problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yes they can go away!. The symptoms do!. They are caused by an over-population of yeast!. Yeast is present at all times in the vagina!. But there is another bacteria that is also always present that eats the yeast and keeps it in check!. The vagina is self cleaning!. But if its bad enough you will suffer mightily, and it could cause other problems, like secondary infection from scratching!.
