Answers:
Zyrtec is a new over-the-counter medication that was recently a prescription!. Claritin is also another OTC medication that used to be a prescription!.

Benadryl also works well, but makes most people pretty sleepy!. It is an antihistimine, which means that it works to "dry you up" and make your nose stop running!.

A decongestant does exactly what the name says -- it "decongests" you so that you can breathe freely!. Nasal sprays like Afrin are excellent for unclogging your nasal passages, but aren't to be used on a daily basis!.

If your nose is red and sore from blowing it, a little Vaseline on it before you go to bed will help it feel better in the morning!.

Drink plenty of water, as water helps thin out the mucus in your head, and you won't feel as clogged up!.

Good luck -- I know EXACTLY how you feel!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cetrizine Hydrochloride at 10mg doses is good for allergy relief due to hayfever or dust and pets!. It is also known as Zrytec!.

It is a form of AntiHistamine and is one of the safest and most effective!. Generally, adults you need only take one 10mg tablet every 24 hours!.

If you are pregnant or are talking other meds, you should consult a pharmacist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
