Answers:
Have you been using anything you shouldn't have been!? Diet pills, drugs!?

It could have been an anxiety attack!. I had one a few weeks ago and literally thought I was dying (I'm only 20 and in great health)!. It was scary as $h!t!. I had similar symptoms to yours!.

The only way to know for sure is to go to the emergency room!. They can run tests to check your heartbeat (EKG), give you a chest x-ray), and run other tests to determine if you've had a heart attack and if so, what the damage is!. They'll also run blood tests to check for blood clots and heart disease!. It's best to get it checked out ASAP because it could be causing further damage!. A regular doctor's office does not have all the equipment to do all this!. They can do an x-ray, blood work, and an EKG at best!.

*If you think you're having/have had a heart attack, it's not a bad idea to wake up your parents and tell them!.

Feel better! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are leaving out the most important questions like did your parents take you to the ER!? If not maybe they should have!. You need to decide if this was a panic attack or something else!.!.!.!.and unfortunately those people are not who choose!.!.!.!.they are medical professionals who feel the best tests done are done!. You just have to go along!. You need to find out what is wrong!. If it is panic so be so be it then the right medicine and the appropriate therapy will be diagnosed!. Just go with the flow!.,Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg, im 16 and the same thing happened to me!. I eat and drink junk all the time, non-stop (however I am trying to cut down on soda) The only thing different was that it didnt hurt that badly!. I felt pain in my chest!. It did hurt but not that badly!. I have anxiety problems so that might have been what caused it!. I get too excited or nervous about something when that occurs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The symptoms you describe sound perfectly as an angina!. Theres only one way to find out!. THE MOST BASIC DIAGNOSIS FOR HEART CONDITIONS!.!.!.!.!.!.!.GO AN PERFORM AN EKG!.
Thats the only way ur gonna find out!.
Your symptoms doesnt sound normal to me!.
Heart attacks occur in those who are overweight and underweight!.
I presume you are underweight!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have had a panic attack dear, or it could be stress!. Not that I'm a doctor, or anything!. But I'm 19 and about your weight, and I get that some times!. Just relax, have a cup of tea, settle!. Try not to be afraid, hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in the mountains once and my eyes started watering + those side effects!. It was most likely the air pressure increase/decrease you being on a plane!. Don't worry!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you had a panic attack!. Did you feel anxious or nervous while you were on the plane!? Maybe you were claustrophobic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any person at any age can have a heart attack but you need to see a doctor and also check to see if you had apanic attackWww@Answer-Health@Com

could be a clogged artery i would lay off the junk food for a bit girl your my age and your gotta control yourself sometimes its good yeah but he life or death you decideWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is always a first time for everything, including a panic attack!. Heart palpitations can come from many things including a bad diet or reaction to the unhealthy ingredients in junk food!. The jaw pain you felt may or may not be related!.

No, you did not have a heart attack!. Firstly, the hearts of young women are guarded by the amount of estrogen you produce!. Secondly, you are describing the symptoms of a heart attack for a man!. Heart disease is considered a "silent killer" in women because the symptoms of a heart attack are rarely discovered due to women attempting to diagnose themselves based on the symptoms that men have!. The fact of the matter is, the symptoms of a woman's heart attack are much different than a man's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you had a heart attack, but it would be wise to go to your doctor and relate what happened, just to be on the safe side!. You probably experienced air pressure changes, but still, it would be wise to go be checked out, just in case you are developing some other kind of problem!. We don't know the rest of your health picture---like have you ever had endocarditis, or dental work recently, or how long was your flight (long flights can lead to the development of blood clots)!. There are too many things we don't know here, but you can go discuss this with your doctor and evaluate all the possibilities!. Heart attacks are usually not sharp pain, and women can have symptoms like men and pain with heart attack!. It's good to wonder and ask, and be evaluated, but it is not good to worry!. Just go get checked out and see what happens the next time you fly!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
