Pistachios, Cashews, Sesame Seeds, Pecans?!

Question: Pistachios, Cashews, Sesame Seeds, Pecans!?
Ever since I was young, I've suffered from what I think is the same allergic reaction to all 4 of these foods, and only these four foods!. My tongue swells (angioedema) and I have this uncomfortable sort of scratchy sensation near the front of my throat for about 10 minutes!. I was wondering if there is any common character in all of four of these that I could isolate as the allergic catalyst and if so, what other foods have the same common element!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's likely the tocopherols found in all of those nuts plus sesame seeds!. (Tocopherols is a fancy word for another form of Vitamin E) I have the same problem but with walnuts, sesame seeds, brazil nuts, peanuts, beech and hazelnuts, likely for that same reason!. It's likely that they are all related in that way, things within the same family of foods make you react the same!. So do things which aren't in the same family but have the same characteristics!. Such as I can't take Vitamin C because typically it's made from acerlola berries and I'm deathly allergic to cranberries which are a relative of the acerola berry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
