Can you live from an undiagnosed heart attack?!

Question: Can you live from an undiagnosed heart attack!?
If so for how long!?
4 months ago my heart went over 200bpm for about 5 minutes, I have had panic attacks before, but I wuz totally calm during this, and I asked my mom to take me to the doctors, doctor said it wuz just anxiety!. Since than my heart beat has been so weak, and I now have to check to make sure my heart it beating!. I use to have a strong heart beat, and I wouldn't have to check too see if it was beating!. When my heart beats weak, my mind stops running the way it use to, 2 times for about 10 minutes each my heart has gone back to normal like it always has been, and low and behold, my mind starts runnin' like it always has!. But than it goes back to a weak pulse!. Should I get an EKG to make sure!? Will my doctor say no!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your doctor will say no and recommend that you go to a therapist if he thinks that this is related to anxiety!. Anxiety is known to cause hypertensive episodes!. If your heart is actually slowing down to the point that you don't have brain function because not enough oxygen is getting to your brain, you belong in a hospital!. Try to look at it realistically!. Is this really what is happening to you or is your anxiety making you panic and think you're worse than you are!? It's best to get the advice of a doctor who can look at you subjectively!.

Yes, it is possible to have a mild MI (heart attack) and not know it!. However, I would bet anything that this isn't the case here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Each person has its own body make up, you can't give general answers for this question, but 200 bpm is a clear arrythmia issue and must get some treatment urgently, get yourself checked fully man, don't torture your heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

During a panic attack your heart can go crazy on you!.!.!. It will set your mind at peace if you ask your doc for an ECG!.!. if it's nothing wrong there then you got panic attacks and you can get well again with the right treatment!.!. discuss it with the doctor!.!.!. he will send you to a therapist I understand what you are going through I suffer from anxiety!.!. it's similar but not quite the same as panic attacks!.!.!. xxx the doctor won't say no if he believes it will set your mind at rest !.!. he will let you have an ECG if you tell him you find it important before you can truly accept that what you have are panic attacks and that you would like an ECG to really rule out heart trouble!.!.xx

Even if you suffer from panic attacks, which can create all the symptoms you described, your doctor will always want to rule out physical problems before treating you for anxiety disorder or panic attacks!. When you have a rapid heart beat or a weak pulse, you need to have an EKG!. Even if you are not experiencing those symptoms, and EKG will most likely show up an old heart attack (although not all)!. You should have an EKG, but that is your doctor's decision!. If your doctor knows that in your health history there is no evidence of heart disease and there is a long history of anxiety disorder, your doc will be less likely to run an EKG!. You can always go to another doctor--and be evaluated for heart disease!. Heart attacks come in an infinite number of sizes and shapes and intensities!. It's possible to have a small one that does not involve the full thickness of the heart wall and live for many years afterwards!. It's possible to have a larger one that does involve the whole thickness of heart wall and live for many years!. There are many many medications that help strengthen a damages heart!. Worry about a heart attack can actually contribute to bringing one on!. You need to worry less, and just go be evaluated for cardiac conditions, and then accept the answer!. If it's negative, you know to concentrate on controlling your anxiety--which may require medication!. Again, there are many that really help!. You might need therapy as well!. If it turns out you do have an underlying heart condition, just knowing that and knowing you are getting treatment should also reduce your anxiety!. You never really have to check to see if you have a pulse!. If you are alive enough to check your pulse, you have one!. Heart attacks usually come with other symptoms than just a rapid or weak heart beat!. I don't think you are having heart attacks, but you should be cleared of cardiac issues and then get your anxiety treated!. My suggestion, and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
