Answers:
I chew my cheeks and I have that whitish area as well!. It's a form of OCD, more of a boredom or nervous habit!. I try hard not to do it!. I notice I do it most while watching TV or driving!. Weird, I know!. I don't smoke!. All I can say is doctors won't help!. You just have to be aware of it and try to break that habit!. You will notice if you do it for a longtime wrinkles will develop!. I'm 37 and I can see a faint wrinkle beneath my nose where I contort my face to chew!. Also, smoking will give you ugly pucker wrinkles!. My boss has the worst pucker wrinkles from smoking!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you do it at night, couldn't you try a special mouth guard!? One of those ones thats for the top and bottom teeth!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
