Question: What happens with iron deficiency anemia!?
They found out I have it and I want to understand what is it!. For example does my red or white blood cell count decrease!? And what can I do to feel better!? Please give me some informations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

iron deficiency anemia just reduces your red blood cell count!. that's all!.
its common in girls since they lose a lot of blood during their periods, and blood contains iron!.
you might need to take some extra iron for a little while!. but don't take too much since very high amounts of iron are also bad!.
