Well, dear lady, your google search pointed you in the right direction !.!.!. renal disease is to do with the kidneys!. The links that directed you towards, or mentioned, diabetes is because that's one of the complications that affects diabetics!.
It would be pointless trying to guess what your notes meant by renal disease, apart from it meaning that it's something to do with your kidneys!.
The non-infective bit means that it's not something that you can pass on to others!.
To put your mind at rest, I would advise that you speak with your doctor to find out exactly what's going on!.
Best of luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first part means your blood type is A+!. The second type, to me, says that your blood test demonstrated renal disease (kidney disease) due to a non-infectious cause (infections would be a virus or bacteria!. Non-infectious would be something else, not communicable to others)!.
You need to take that to a doctor and ask how that pertains to you and what you need to do next!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have a kidney disease!. It is not caused by bacteria, viruses or any other infective agents!. That means it is not urinary tract infection, pyelonephritis or cystitis!. It may be kidney stone disease, chronic kidney failure, or whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just means kidney infection that isn't catching!.
Doesn't sound like the midwife is up to much!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
